Building burgled: Therese Sherwood of Smithfield told state police Saturday that a building she owns at 24 Central Ave., Fallowfield, was burglarized. The burglar forced open the basement door and opened several drawers in different rooms. The door of a shed in the back yard also was damaged.
Car rolls: Brad A. Lytle, 36, of Donora, escaped injury Saturday night when his car hit the concrete lane divider on Interstate 70 east near the Bentleyville exit and rolled over, state police said.
Assault arrest: William David Sethman, 25, of 121 Coyle Curtain Road, Fallowfield, was arrested Friday by Fallowfield police on charges of simple assault and harassment for allegedly grabbing Lisa Naylor around the neck, throwing her to the floor and punching her in the right eye.
He was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka on charges of simple assault and harassment and placed in Washington County Jail on $2,500 bond.

Car stolen: Jeffrey Lee Till Jr. of Washington told state police Friday that his Ford Thunderbird was stolen from 350 Hackney Station Road, Morris. The car had no license plate.
